Full Groom
Everything your dog needs in the salon, based on his coat's condition, breed and your lifestyle.

Full Groom includes shampoo and conditioner customized to your dog's needs, de-shed treatment, facial treatment, massage, blow-out and brushing, scissor or clipper cut, styling and/or shave, paw and sanitary trim, nail trim and ear cleaning.

Additional fees may apply depending on your dog's coat condition and behaviour. Please discuss details with your groomer.

Fear Free Salon Services
"Fear Free" is an internationally recognized specialty certification for Trainers, Groomers, and Veterinary professionals. Fear Free is a training program customized for your dog's needs that aims to teach dogs that they can cope with new or scary experiences. Using positive reinforcement, predictable rituals and gradual stages we work with your dog to make grooming visits less stressful and fearful. Fear Free sets a dog up for success over time.
Meet and Greet
$30
Includes a 30 minute "fun" visit to see our building, tour the salon, enjoy some treats, play with toys, learn about our equipment and spend time with our team. If your dog permits we will begin with gentle touch and handling by strangers, sitting on the grooming table and stepping up into the tub. Our goal is to make this visit stress free and fun by carefully monitoring your dog's communication and showing your pup that grooming is safe and fun. You will have time to chat with your Groomer, ask questions about home maintenance and form a care plan for your dog.
Salon Introduction

For dogs who require muzzles, sedation, multiple people to care for their nails, brushing or bath time - this training package can help. Includes three Fear Free appointments with our Fear Free Certified Groomer and Trainer. Some dogs may graduate to regular grooming appointments after just one Fear Free Salon Intro package.
Nail Trim / File

Clip, grind or file, as your dog prefers
Brush Out

Ideal for large and double coated dogs in between Full Groom appointments. Avoid shaves with regular professional coat maintenance. Includes high velocity blow out, leave in conditioner and full brush out to remove dead coat.
Creative Groom

Add pet-safe hair colour for a unique style. Consult with your Groomer for options!

No Show Fee

We understand that life can get busy, therefore we provide automatic appointment reminders to your email address. 24 hours notice is required for grooming appointment cancelations; this allows us to offer your appointment time to our wait-listed clients. Please email vipk9pembroke@gmail.com should you need to cancel your appointment unexpectedly, otherwise your appointment may be subject to a "no show fee"
Matted Shave Down
$50
For dogs who require extra time, products and specialty techniques to safely remove matted hair. Repeated matting can cause significant behaviour changes and safety challenges and severe matting is a serious medical issue and may be referred to a veternarian for the best, and safest care.
